Please Note: All August 26, 2014 Primary Election early voting files will remain on the web site until 5:00 p.m., Friday, September 12, 2014. At that time, all files will be permanently removed and will no longer be available.

The August 26, 2014 Primary Election is rapidly approaching. This web page contains a large quantity of important information about the August 26, 2014 Primary Election, including how to purchase a list of voters who have requested a vote-by-mail ballot, as well as lists of voters who have returned a vote-by-mail ballot. Please read each page carefully prior to calling the Recorder’s office, as most questions you may have will be answered in the enclosed material.

All information on vote-by-mail ballots and ballot return information will be provided to candidates and campaign committees only through our secure Web Site.

When completing the Order Form & Contract, please be sure to include an e-mail address and fax number, so that we may communicate any necessary information to your campaign.   Only the candidate or Committee Chair is authorized to sign these documents.
