Friday, November 15, 2013. At that time, all files will be permanently removed and will no longer be available.
The November 5, 2013 General Election is rapidly approaching. This web page contains a large quantity of important
information about the election, including how to purchase a list of voters who have requested a vote-by-mail ballot.
Please read each page carefully prior to calling
the Recorder’s office, as most questions you may have will be answered in the material available on this website.
All early voting and ballot return information will be provided to candidates and campaign committees only through our secure Web Site.
When completing the Order Form & Contract, please be sure to include an e-mail address and fax number,
so that we may communicate any necessary information to your campaign.
Only the candidate or Committee Chair is authorized to sign these documents.

Since the Altar Valley School District General Election is being conducted as an all ballot-by-mail election,
and every registered voter in the Altar Valley School District will automatically receive a ballot by mail,
