Pamela M. Franklin

Pam has worked for the Recorder since 2012 as Ms. Rodriguez’s assistant. She worked for 10 years in Estates and Trusts in banks in New York State. She moved to Tucson in 2005. Ms. Franklin worked for several years as an Office Manager in the Vail School District. She is a Certified Election Official in Arizona and has enjoyed working in Elections and the voter registration process. In 2015, she was promoted as the Voter Registration Manager/Special Projects for the Pima County Recorder.

In 1983, Pam received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Grove City College in Pennsylvania. She has 3 sons who are all graduates of Vail High Schools and are continuing in various ways in their educational goals. She likes to read, cook some of her favorite Italian recipes learned from her mother and grandmother, and hike. She has recently been active with Live Theatre Workshop here in Tucson and loves being back in theatre again. She is also active in her church.
