Drop Box Recording


The Recorder’s Office encourages clients to use Drop Box Recording as a no-contact option for document recording to better protect each other during the COVID-19 pandemic surge. The secured drop box and envelopes will be stationed in the lobby where you can access them as you enter the building.

What to Do:
  • Prepare - Take a moment to review the Drop Box Recording Checklist and confirm you have everything you need to record your documents before visiting the Recorder’s Office.
  • In the Lobby - After you have completed a temperature check, use one of the provided envelopes on the table to deposit your document into the Drop Box.
