Pima County Recorder’s Office will be hiring multiple intermittent part-time Elections Aides for our Sells and Ajo locations. Early Voting Site staff will greet and check in voters, verify IDs, issue and receive ballots, and coordinate with site monitors to resolve any issues.

Supports the development and delivery of training programs and educational activities. Assists with planning, logistics, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth implementation.

The Pima County Recorder's Office is seeking a Voter Outreach Coordinator to conduct voter outreach initiatives within the Pascua Yaqui Tribe. They will plan, organize, and execute voter outreach programs and events to increase voter education and engagement within the community.
