Document Recording Technician

Duties include providing direct support to the public, commercial real estate organizations, development and construction entities, government agencies and law offices by accepting legal documents for recording and verifying compliance with Arizona Revised Statutes and regulations.

Elections Aide - Intermittent

The Pima County Recorder’s Office will be hiring intermittent employees for Elections to do several tasks, including Ballot Processing, Signature Verification, Courier, IT Support, Early Voting Site Staffing and Data Entry. ​

IT Support Aide - Election

The Pima County Recorder’s Office is hiring part-time intermittent employees for Elections to work the following tasks:

  • Disposition and inventory of all IT equipment.
  • Installation of networked devices such as scanners and peripherals.
  • Testing of ballot on-demand printers and other IT equipment as needed and assisting in the setup and tear down of early voting site IT equipment.
  • Help Desk support for software installation, modifying and repairing hardware, and resolving various technical issues, based on candidates’ ability.
Administrative Assistant
