Benefits of being a Web Subscriber:
  • As a subscriber you create an account and add funds to it. Transaction fees are charged to your subscriber account rather than multiple charges for multiple transactions. Credit card or e-check fees are only assessed when you add funds to your account rather than per transaction. If you purchase copies regularly this can be a substantial savings in credit card fees.
  • Pay $0.24 per document rather than $0.25.

Minimum of $100.00 to start up a new account with $50.00 applied to a non-refundable set-up fee and $50.00 applied to the pre-paid balance.
