Document Pickup


The following are the methods of receiving your original documents after recording. The default method of return will be used unless you notify us at the time of recording.

Downtown Office only - up to 3 documents with Scan on Demand option; unavailable between noon -2:30 p.m. and after 4:30 p.m. 15 minutes depending on number of pages and volume at the time
Pick up at a later date 3 days
Maps Pick up is the only option. Any maps not picked up after 45 days will be destroyed. 7 days

*Timeframe begins once our office receives your original document.

Recorded images are available in our office within three business days of recording.

For In person pickup, have your recording receipt with you when you come to our office.

Please Note: Documents submitted for recording after 4:30 pm will be processed the following day. The effective recording date will be the date of drop off.

Eastside Annex (Map)* 6920 E. Broadway Blvd. Suite D 8:00 am - 12:00 pm & 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm
