- You live within Pima County at least 29 days prior to the General Election.
- You are a United States Citizen.
- You are 18 or older, or will be 18 by the next General Election.
- You have not been convicted of a felony or treason, or if you have, your rights have been restored.
- You have not been adjudicated an incapacitated person. (A.R.S. 14-5101)

To report a relative's death and remove them from the voter rolls, we need official documentation of the death. Please mail, email or bring to our office a note saying that the person on the death certificate needs to be removed from the county voter roll AND one of the following:
- A copy of the death certificate
- An obituary that includes date of birth, where they lived, and family connections
- A letter signed by the court-appointed representative of the estate
